This is Bolyar Sans font family. For us it is a dream-come-true. It took more than 1 year hard work to transform the existing Bolyar Pro from Serif to Sans Serif version. The result really surprised even us from The Fontmaker and we decided to develop it in 9 instead of 7 weights. So at the end we created 7 different styles of Bolyar sans each consisting from 9 precise weights.
Bolyar Pro type family is the ancestor of our successful font Bolyar. We decided to develop it to a new higher level - making it more sophisticated, detailed and useful at the same time. The new improved Bolyar is able to satisfy every typographic taste and meet the ever growing design requirements for high quality typefaces. If you are addicted to classic vintage style, then you could easily use Bolyar Pro for almost anything - from letterhead, logos and catchy headlines to elegant packaging, book covers and wine labels. Alternates, Swashes and Ligatures will help you customize almost every single letter and fit perfectly to your artwork.

A Bolyar was a member of the highest rank of the feudal Bulgaria - second only to the ruling Tsar (king). This font is closely related to its name origin - we believe we've created a royal, majestic and elegant typeface. We've developed a wide set of alternates, swashes, ligatures and ornaments so that this font will be able to face your needs from simple body type to a strong dominating headline or even logo. We do enjoy this new font and we believe it would be very useful to a large part of package and label designers as it would be an excellent choice for everyone designing a letterhead or a newspaper headline.
